I have represented an array of high-profile clients, including Yotel, Brooklyn Grange, Alain Ducasse Group, SIXTY Hotels, Ian Schrager Hotels, WDI Co., LTD., Aquavit NY/Japan, Sage Capital Global, Melet Mercantile, Hyatt Hotels, Soho Grand Hotel, Chef Daniel Boulud and The Dinex Group, Marcus Samuelsson and Harlem EatUp, The LAB Anti-Mall, ZUUL, and Planet Smart City.

Earlier roles include serving as Director of Retail Leasing at Insignia Financial Group, Ltd., overseeing shopping centers across the U.S., and managing commercial and luxury residential Co-Ops and Condos in New York City with M.J. Raynes, Inc. and the Donald Zucker Company.

International Expansion & Strategic Alliances

My extensive international real estate experience includes working with leading Chefs of the world including Alain Ducasse in Beverly Hills and Paris, Chef Daniel Boulud, Aquavit NY, and structuring strategic partnerships in Japan for Sage Capital Global. Additionally, I negotiated a long-term specialty vintage clothing supply partnership between Melet Mercantile and United Arrows Ltd., a Japan-based luxury retailer.
